110gram unsalted butter (I use Brand Buttermas)
120gram light brown sugar
100 grams of caster sugar
2 eggs
125gram self-raising flour
60gram plain flour
50gram ovaltine (malted drink)
125ml semi-skimmed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon sour cream (I switch to another alternative, which is mixing 1 cup evaporated milk 1 tablespoon ideal with vinegar. Allow 1/2 hours and can be used

How To Make:
Butter & sugar mix well until the color turns brighter
Add in eggs one at a time, mixed until just blended (but not too long)
This is in milk, vanilla & milk mixture & vinegar ideal to replace sour cream
Sifted flour first, then mixed with ovaltine
Reduce your mixer, Add flour mixture alternately with milk earlier. Start with flour. I use a liner size 12 cm and fill dough cupcakes by 50gram
Okay, ready to bake. Bake at 180C for 20 to 25 minutes (see your own oven circumstances eyes.)
You can decorate your cupcake with buttercream or fondant according your creativity but if you do not like too sweet cupcakes you just can eat it.
